Providing a well-reasoned "second opinion" on the merits of novel legal arguments, and supplying legal research and/or drafts of a wide variety of legal documents, such as memoranda of law to accompany motions which will be filed in court, or confidential submissions on behalf of a party for presentation to a mediator, or trial briefs, proposed jury instructions or similar legal documents for use in litigation;

Unbiased pre-deposition interviewing of potential witnesses, complainants, supervisory personnel or other parties involved in any type of employment-related matter, where formal affidavits, statements or other records of a party's recollections are desired or required;

Confidential pre-trial cross-examinations of client representatives and other similar "practice run throughs" of what is expected to take place in the courtroom at the time of trial;

Examination and review of discovery documents with a view towards locating information helpful to a party litigant's position on specified issues in controversy;

Assistance with generating helpful and informative trial exhibits incorporating exerpts from discovery documents and similar demonstrative aids for use in litigation;

Such other services as may be desired or requested.
